See what an owner can export from Service Agent OS Remodelers, what the CSV bundle contains, how attachments are represented, what offboarding adds, and which migration claims the product does not make.

Answer first
A workspace owner can download a ZIP containing CSV exports of core business records, recent audit history, email logs, and a schema README. Attachments are referenced by URL rather than bundled, so this is useful portability—not a promise of lossless migration into every other product.
Current owner export
- Contacts and projects
- Estimates, sections, and line items
- Invoices, line items, and payment records
- Meetings, tasks, change orders, purchase orders, permits, and design rooms
- Recent 90-day audit history and email logs
- A README that explains the exported tables
Known export boundaries
- Project media and uploaded attachments are referenced by URL but are not packaged inside the synchronous CSV ZIP
- The self-service audit export covers the current 90-day hot window; a longer archive requires a separate request
- CSV preserves records and relationships through identifiers, but another vendor may require transformation
- Integrations, credentials, payment-provider state, and third-party records remain governed by their respective systems
Offboarding path
The separate offboarding process attempts to generate a JSON business-data snapshot and provides a time-limited download when successful. Workspace closure, grace periods, billing state, and final deletion remain governed by the current account flow and legal terms.
Migration truth
Service Agent OS Remodelers does not claim a one-to-one migration from every construction platform. Before switching, compare the source system's files, custom fields, financial history, approvals, messages, integrations, and export limits against the current importer and owner export.
Trial verification
- Create fictional records across the workflow
- Download the owner export and inspect every expected table
- Open referenced file URLs under the permissions you expect
- Confirm the target accounting or replacement system can use the exported shapes
- Request clarification for any retention or archive requirement before importing real data
