Service Agent OS SMS Terms

Service Agent OS is provided by Eminence Services LLC. These terms apply to texts from Service Agent OS to business owners who separately choose to receive onboarding and account-related messages. They do not cover texts that Service Agent OS customers send to their own clients.

Program

If you enter your mobile number and check the optional SMS box on the Service Agent OS signup form, we may text you about your signup, workspace setup, account access, onboarding appointments, and support requests. Some texts may contain a link to Service Agent OS. Message frequency varies with your setup and questions. We do not send promotional offers under this program.

Choice and charges

Text consent is optional and is not required to sign up, buy, or use Service Agent OS. We can contact you by email instead. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to cancel texts. We may send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@serviceagentos.com. You may opt in again on the signup form or by contacting support.

Privacy

We record the mobile number, consent time, source, and consent wording so we can honor your choice. We share mobile numbers and consent information only with our messaging provider to deliver these texts. We do not sell or share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
