AI Disclosure
This document describes the AI features in Service Agent OS, what data they see, and what you should know before relying on their output.
1. AI Providers
We use Anthropic's Claude models for natural-language features (estimate drafting, scope summarization, document parsing, suggestion generation). Inputs to AI providers are governed by our agreement with the provider and are not used to train third-party models without your written consent.
2. What the AI Sees
When you invoke an AI feature, we send only the data needed for that task — for example, drafting an estimate from a site walk sheet sends the site walk text, project type, address, and your rate configuration. We do not send unrelated tenant data, other tenants' data, or credentials.
3. What the AI Does Not Decide
The AI does not send communications, charge cards, change project status, or take any action visible to your clients without an operator confirming the action. AI drafts are clearly labeled and require human review.
4. Accuracy
AI output is generated by statistical models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). The Service marks AI drafts as such and tracks whether the operator edited the draft before sending. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sending it to clients, or using it as the basis of a contract or invoice. We disclaim warranties on AI output (see Terms of Service Section 8).
5. Opt-Out
Tenant admins can disable AI features in Settings. Disabling turns off AI-powered drafting, suggestions, and analysis; it does not retroactively delete previously generated AI drafts.
6. Logging
We log AI invocations for billing, debugging, and quality improvement. Logs may contain the prompt and response. We do not sell or share these logs.
7. Updates
We may update this Disclosure as AI features evolve. Material changes will be announced and require re-acceptance on next login.
